So you run a powerful crime ring and you've got two sons. One is a deadly assassin. The other just wants to finish high school, unaware of your dealings.

Created by Brad Falchuk and Byron Wu, Netflix's The Brothers Sun promises a tale of crime, warring factions, and family secrets — and it looks like an absolute blast. The ever-iconic Michelle Yeoh stars as Eileen, head of the Jade Dragons gang in Taipei, living in America, and mother to one notorious killer, Charles (Justin Chien), and one completely in-the-dark teen son, Bruce (Sam Song Li).

In the trailer, Eileen appears to be interrogated by a man from a rival faction, one wanting to seize the crime ring crown by going after Bruce — who's not quite clued into his family's secret lives. Charles decides it's time for Bruce to get briefed and trained up, despite his younger brother's protests.

Expect a severely impressive amount of fight scenes from newcomer Chien kicking surefire ass and a lot of sweet and chaotic family bonding moments. You can have it all.

How to watch: The Brothers Sun is streaming on Netflix Jan. 4.
